I was recently part of a wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn- Southpointe. The room for the bridal party was nice- spacious, beautiful, and perfect for our day. There were some minor housekeeping issues, but they were taken care of as soon as we alerted the team. However, there is 1 team member who was exceptional- Brian in Banquets. He was given the almost impossible task of ensuring the entire bridal party and immediate families of the couple were taken care of during cocktail hour. Before we knew we needed something, he already had it. The few things we did ask for, his answer was a friendly “absolutely!” Or “not a problem!”. We did not go hungry or thirsty while he was in charge of our care. He really made our experience so enjoyable and relaxed!

My son had his wedding here with about 100 guests. We were very happy with the help the staff was and the size of various rooms we used for wedding. Rooms were modern and clean. Would highly recommend

From everyone at the front desk, to Pam out housekeeper to Amelia (not sure of spelling)to Debbie and Mark at the buffet, we had a fantastic overnight stay. Thank you so much!

Excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. The staff are all professional, personable, and very helpful. If you do choose to stay there, make sure your room number is below x45, especially if you're staying on the second floor. There is a restaurant, Jackson's, attached to the hotel and if your room is above it, you'll hear all the music and loud conversations all night long.

Went to go to sleep and found blood on the sheets and did not stay the night. Had to move to a new hotel after a long 10 hour drive. Lucky they did not charge for the stay, so there’s that.

Beware of hidden charges. They charged me for breakfast when I made my booking via Expedia(breakfast was supposed to be included along with the reservation). When I asked them to remove the charge they didn’t remove it. …
